I am currently the Projects Coordinator at the Institute of Industrial Research of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR-IIR).
My name is Ekua Afrakoma Armoo. I am a former DAAD scholarship holder and I studied MSc Tropical Hydrogeology and Environmental Engineering (TropHEE) at the Technische Universitaat (TU) Darmstadt from October 2015 to October 2017.

Meet Mr. Thomas Hinneh; a senior officer of the Ghana Health Service and a founder of a Diabetes and hypertension foundation(hifoundationgh.org) in Ghana. He just completed Msc. International Health from the University of Heidelberg, Germany
Rising Interest of German Universities
The interest of German universities to extend their networks within Ghana has been on the rise for the last years. The Information Centre Accra can attest for that by account of a surge in the numbers of requests asking for help in finding the right partner.
Ghana was offered a second spot in the Falling Walls Lab Finale in Berlin, thus, not only the winner, but also first runner-up will both represent Ghana at the International Falling Walls Conference in November.
One question that is worrying institutions all over the world is the impact that COVID-19 will have on the future of internationalisation. The DAAD has curated an overview of relevant and up to date studies on COVID-19’s impact on International Higher Education.
