Before visiting our office in person, please make sure you book an appointment.  Our appointment times are Mondays (2.30pm to 6.30pm), Thursdays (9am to 12 noon) and Fridays (2.30pm to 4.30pm). Please book for an appointment via our Online Appointment calendar.

With public transport:
Get to 37 Lorry station. Inside the Lorry station, find the taxi rank and join the NAFTI/VFS Taxi. You are coming to the last stop. We are inside the Goethe Institut (German Cultural Center), building with a green sign board in front. Goethe-Institut comes just before NAFTI.

You may also come through Accra Central’s Tema-station. At the station, ask for ‘Cantonments trotro’. You will drop off at ‘Bank Hospital’ which is the last stop. You will find Goethe Institut just before NAFTI, just about 100 meters from the bus stop.

With Uber / Bolt / Yango:
Enter “DAAD Regional Office Accra” or ” Goethe-Institut Accra” on the map.

If driving:
From 37, take Giffard Road towards Burma Camp. Drive past El-wak Stadium. After the second traffic light near El-Wak, continue straight toward Burma Camp and slide right into Cantonments onto 5th Circular Road. Take the left turn and then another left onto Abokobi Road. Continue till you reach a T-junction and take left onto Kakramadu road. Your destination the Goethe Institut will be on the left.
