Our appointments can be in-person or virtual on our ONLINE virtual office platform via Cisco Webex ( https://daad-veranstaltung.webex.com/meet/DAAD.ghana ). For a better experience, use a PC or tablet to connect. You may use your mobile device to connect.
You are welcome to visit us to discuss your options for studies or doing research in Germany. To prepare for your visit, kindly select an appropriate date and time and complete the contact form below. Please note that our consultation hours are held on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Update on Appointment Schedules
Please note!
From the beginning of May 2026, all appointments on Thursdays are now offered as Group Appointments (Online Only). By that, we may have up to 10 clients for the same time slot. Groupings are made according to the selected academic level of interest: Bachelors / Masters / PhD. Single slot appoinments are now only held on Mondays and Fridays.

Thursday – Appointments are now from 9.00am to 10.30am (Online Only)
Fridays – Appointments are now from 10.00am to 12noon
