Livestream - Launch of DAAD Regional Office Accra I 24th April 2025

The launch of the new regional office – one of only two in sub-Saharan Africa – demonstrates the DAAD’s renewed commitment to long-term academic partnerships in Ghana and West Africa. With an estimated 2.5 million students in Ghana, Cameroon, and Nigeria, and around 13,500 students from these countries currently studying in Germany, the demand for academic exchange is growing.
