The position is subject to the conclusion of the relevant contract with the EU.

What we are looking for:
- Master’s degree or equivalent university qualification in a relevant field.
- Several years of professional experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in international development, higher education, or cooperation projects.
- Familiarity with donor-funded projects and international cooperation programmes is an asset.
- Experience working with African higher education institutions, university networks, or international partner organizations.
- Knowledge of project monitoring, reporting, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, databases, information systems, and data management processes.
- Experience with procurement and contract management processes is an asset.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
- German language skills and familiarity with German administrative processes are an asset.
- Willingness to undertake regular travel within Africa and internationally.
- MS Office skills and openness to acquire further IT skills related to DAAD’s SAP-based programmes
- Entitled to live and work in Ghana
