In-Country / In-Region Scholarship Programme 2025/26
The DAAD awards Master and PhD scholarships in development-related and SDG-oriented fields in Sub-Saharan Africa to Sub-Saharan African citizens!
Scholarships are available for Master’s degree or PhD programmes in their home country (In-Country scholarships) or in another Sub-Saharan African country (In-Region scholarships).
Female applicants and candidates from less privileged regions or groups are especially encouraged to participate in the programme!
